According to Dr. h. c. Jentschura one group of diseases arising as a result of modern civilization are the so-called “accumulations”. These include cellulite, gout and rheumatism, lipomas, fibromas etc. These accumulations are caused by acids and toxins combining with either minerals or protein, or also with cholesterol. In people who have extremely high levels of toxins, for instance following chemotherapy, the body forms cholesterol to protect the blood vessels, and this is then deposited on the walls of the blood vessels together with uric acid which has formed in the body and the cytostatics.
These accumulations of waste products form over the course of our life, and the more we allow or experience toxification or acidification of our bodies, the faster this will happen.
The main reason for the formation of these accumulations is that the kidneys are undersupplied with minerals, along with the relative lack of exercise of most people in our modern age.
So you should eat more vegetables and fruit, more WurzelKraft (AlkaLife) aromatic or fruity, and now and again go for a walk, or jump on the trampoline, or go swimming or cycling.
Acids, toxins and all kinds of harmful substances often outwit our senses, our brain and our organism. They give us an itch in our nose, on our tongue or in the area of our mouth and throat which we experience as a pleasant sensation. We don’t realize that this itch is a forerunner of pain.
We really need to know that small quantities of acids and harmful substances itch, as is the case for instance with neurodermitis. And we also need to know that large quantities of acids and toxins cause pain, as is the case for instance with rheumatism or gout.
The main acidifiers are the well-known indulgence foods. Thus coffee contains tannic acid. Confectionery forms acetic acid in the body. Pork forms sulfuric acid, and meat in general forms uric acid. When meat has been smoked, it also contains nitric acid. Cocoa contains oxalic acid and wine contains tannic acid and sulfuric acid.
The level of damage these acidifiers cause depends on the quantity consumed. If you don’t overindulge, but make up for having consumed them by taking plenty of minerals and several teaspoons or tablespoons of WurzelKraft (AlkaLife) aromatic or fruity a day, your kidneys will excrete all the acids.
Then neither unpleasant buildups nor unsavory eliminations will occur in your body. Which means you can “indulge compensatively” as Dr. h. c. Jentschura puts it.
Another helpful way of not having to suffer any harm as a result of consuming acidifying indulgence foods is to diffuse these acids and toxins compensatively by using the effective alkaline applications, alkaline inhalations, foot baths and full baths, alkaline rubs and massages, AlkalineStockings and Sleeves, alkaline compresses etc.
The actual acidifiers are the so-called halogens. These are elements such as chlorine, sulfur, nitrogen, carbon and phosphorus. These elements form phosphoric acid and sulfuric acid, and they also form hydrochloric acid, carbonic acid, nitric acid etc. Of course they not only form these inorganic acids, but also organic acids such as formic acid, lactic acid, bread acids etc.
Acids and bases are liquids which contain the elements hydrogen, oxygen and other elements.
The degree of acidity, in other words the proportion of hydrogen ions, is measured using the pH scale.
If there are more hydrogen ions than oxygen ions in a liquid, the liquid is referred to as acid. If the solution contains equal amounts of oxygen and hydrogen ions, then it is neutral. This is the case with water for example.
If there are more oxygen ions, then the liquid is referred to as basic or alkaline. The lowest level of acidity is that of pH 0. In this case there are no oxygen ions in the liquid, but only acidifiers such as chlorine, sulfur etc and of course hydrogen ions. The chemical symbol for hydrogen is H and the symbol for oxygen is O.
In water the oxygen ion is present in the form OH. In the chemical compound water, the large oxygen atom has absorbed an atom of hydrogen.
Scientifically the term alkalinity is used for the bases, and acidity for the acids.
pH stands for potentia hydrogenii, or power of hydrogen. This value strictly measures the degree of acidity of the liquid. The pH value scale goes from pH 0 to pH 14. Each pH increment upwards on the scale means “ten times more alkaline”, while each pH increment downwards on the pH scale means “ten times more acid”.
So the lower the value, the more acid liquids are. The most acid state chemically is reached with a pH value of 0.
Liquids above pH 7 are described as alkaline. The higher their pH value is above pH 7, the higher and more aggressive is their alkalinity. Similarly, the lower the pH value, the more aggressive an acid is.
Acidifiers, the so-called halogens, form acids together with hydrogen. These halogens include for example the elements chlorine, sulfur, phosphorus, carbon and nitrogen.
Minerals combine with oxygen and hydrogen to form bases. They are referred to as alkalizing agents. They include elements such as calcium, potassium, sodium, magnesium, lithium, manganese, molybdenum etc.
Acids are the direct and aggressive enemies of our human organism. Their aggressiveness is due to aggressive elements such as chlorine, phosphorus and sulfur. It is not for nothing that these elements known as halogens are used in numerous chemical weapons.
These halogens force the essential element of life, in other words oxygen, out of its organic compounds in the bones and protein, tendons and cartilage. So acids are the enemies of our bodies’ own protein structures.
But acids are also the enemies of our body water. 70 percent of our body substance is made up of water. Together with the minerals from the food we eat every day this body water forms alkaline fluids such as blood, saliva, pancreatic juices, amniotic fluid, the lymphs and many other secretions. Acids destroy alkalinity and thus the very basis of existence of these fluids. When acids and alkalines are mixed, salts and water are created.
Because we undersupply our bodies with minerals due to our diet being characterized by fast foods and indulgence foods, the kidneys are not capable of processing the salt which forms. For this reason acids, toxins and harmful substances are deposited around the kidneys, in the stomach and back, and later also in the joints and organs, where they damage our structures.
The alkaline drink is made from a glass with around 250 ml of water, and a level teaspoon of baking soda (chemical formula NaHCo3) which is scientifically referred to as sodium bicarbonate. This alkaline drink is not recommended for taking permanently, but only in the case of need.
This alkaline drink may be drunk as a stomach remedy, or for the entire body. For stomach problems, such as stomach ulcers, reflux, heartburn etc. you only need one or two mouthfuls of the solution. Drink this quite slowly and deliberately, and then wait for a while. During this time you should establish whether the problem of excess acid has improved through taking the alkaline drink. If so, then you do not need to drink any more.
For strong pain, such as from migraine or gout or rheumatism, if needed this alkaline drink can be taken to neutralize the acids and toxins which are causing the pain. In this case the entire glass should be drunk down very quickly without stopping.
There are precise times and tempos of the metabolism at which the alkaline drink is especially helpful. These are at 10.00 in the morning, 4.00 in the afternoon and 10.00 at night. At these times the metabolism reaches its so-called alkaline peak, which can be significantly reinforced by the alkaline drink.
Many people today complain of cold hands and feet, cellulite, other accumulations under the skin and circulation disorders. Just reach for the simple method of alkaline massages.
Moisten the skin in the affected areas, hands or feet and sprinkle a little of the alkaline bath salts MeineBase (AlkaBath) on the skin. Now massage, ensuring you always massage in the elimination direction, in other words towards the tips of your fingers and toes, or on your body towards your armpits or the groin area. Below the elbows we massage towards the hands, above the elbows towards the armpit. Below the knee we massage downwards towards the feet, and above the knee towards the anal or groin area.
The most suitable way of releasing accumulations from the inside is to drink plenty of 7x7 KräuterTee (7x7 AlkaHerb) herbal tea and at the same time take three to five tablespoons of WurzelKraft (AlkaLife) aromatic or fruity during the day. The most suitable way of getting released harmful substances moving and eliminating them is to push them out of the body, always with moderate pressure and following the lymph channels.
So you should regularly massage your hands and feet after moistening them and sprinkling them with alkaline bath salts, and regularly do the alkaline cleansing massage invented by Peter Jentschura to cleanse your face, neck and décolleté or keep them clean.
The face or the affected area of the skin should always be moistened first. Then you should either sprinkle alkaline bath salts there, or sprinkle some salt into your wet hands, rub them together until the salt is dissolved, and then start your salt massage.
We know through sneezing, mucus in the throat and colds that the body uses the mucous membranes for drastic purification and detoxification measures. The same applies to diarrhea.
So as part of our regeneration treatment, let us use the mucous membranes of the throat, the mouth and the nose to cleanse the organs and functions, and thus the senses of our head. Let us use these elimination functions not only by regularly using alkaline tooth care, but also regularly rinsing the mouth and throat with the alkaline bath salts MeineBase (AlkaBath).
Above all let us use the outstanding elimination capacity of our nose by regularly using alkaline nose rinses. Our nose rinse cup is ideal for rinses of this kind. It is anatomically shaped with no sharp indentations, spikes or edges on which you might injure yourself, and has a capacity of 100 ml.
In the knowledge that metabolic processes work best at body temperature, pour some water at body warmth into the cup and add a heaped knife tip of MeineBase (AlkaBath) alkaline bath salts. Dissolve the salts, then hold the cup firmly under the nose and allow the solution to run into the nose while tipping your head further backwards.
By rinsing so that the solution does not run down the back of the throat, you can spit it out through the mouth. But it also makes sense sometimes to allow it to run down the throat, as this will enable alkaline rinsing of the mucous membranes of the palate and throat.
It will do you no harm to swallow some of the solution occasionally. Sometimes the stomach enjoys being alkaline.
There can scarcely be any better preventive measure against the many ailments affecting the head, such as colds, headaches or chills, than regular rinsing with this alkaline solution. Until a few decades ago, regular rinsing of the nasal mucous membranes with a cooking salt solution was a tried and tested measure recommended by family doctors. The alkaline solution is even more effective than the cooking salt solution.
A brief nasal rinse can be carried out in the morning or evening, but nothing should be done to excess.
Soon not only will the mucous membranes be cleansed and detoxified, but also all the air passages leading to the six sinuses, the frontal sinuses, the maxillary sinuses and the ethmoid sinuses, will also be free. These sinuses and airways must be as clean and free as we would also like the mucous membranes of the head to be. If this is not the case, but the sinuses are full of mucus and the airways are blocked, then sources of inflammation can occur in the sinuses and airways, leading to headaches and drowsiness. So let us prevent all these ailments by regularly rinsing the mucous membranes of our heads!
The benefits of rinsing your nose are obvious in particular if you are suffering from a cold or a chronically blocked or runny nose. Nasal rinsing is an important part of daily body hygiene and is also important for preventing diseases. The nostrils and paranasal sinuses, the Eustachian tubes and the tear ducts of the eyes are all cleansed. Due to the alkaline solution, the pH value of the acidified mucous membranes is converted into an alkaline value, and in this way viruses and other pathogens are removed from their breeding ground. The sense of smell is also made more sensitive, which in turn affects the sense of taste and thus also the digestive system.
Headaches or sensations of pressure due to inflammations in the sinuses or ears are alleviated by nasal rinses, and often an improvement in the eyesight can also be observed.
Water at body heat and a knife tip of the alkaline bath salts MeineBase (AlkaBath) are placed in the nose rinse cup and stirred until the salts have dissolved. The best way to check the water temperature is with the tip of your nose.
Now, as shown in the illustration below, the cup is placed under the nose. The solution should cover both nostrils. The head is slowly tipped back towards the nape of the neck. The solution will slowly run into both the nostrils at the same time. The solution will then run down the back of the throat and can be spat out. It does not matter if some of the alkaline solution is swallowed.
Tip: If you have problems with the shape of the cup, then turn it round and use the other curved edge.
The nose rinse can be done once a day, or in case of need more often.
Use the flat or deep curve of the cup depending on your anatomy.

By allergy we mean a special oversensitivity to particular substances which are normally not harmful. Allergies are measures for elimination, or the consequences of elimination, which occur in the body’s immune system.
In everyday language we mean two things by allergies, firstly a sudden oversensitive reaction which may either remain limited to just one organ or a region of the skin, or may involve the entire body; and secondly an oversensitivity to certain substances, known as allergens or antigens, which develops slowly.
All the substances that surround us may be regarded as allergens by our immune system. The immune system reacts to certain substances by forming proteins known as antibodies. Allergens and antibodies usually react together in the human organism without any reaction being felt. However, in the case of allergy there are exceptionally large quantities of antibodies in the blood and powerful reactions take place which the body is no longer able to control and regulate. Elimination hormones including histamine are formed.
We see the cause of an allergy as being toxification, acidification or accumulation of waste products in the body which leads to weakening of the immune system. The weakened immune mechanism of an allergy sufferer over performs, way beyond the normal goal of smooth and straightforward metabolization and elimination of harmful substances. It sees even normally harmless substances as a threat to physical well-being. It is impossible to list all these substances.
In principle any substance can have an allergenic effect. But the trigger effect depends not on the atomic or molecular structure of the allergens, but simply on the low immunity of the allergy sufferer. This low immunity has to be ended and must be transformed with appropriate measures, so that in future it becomes a strong defensive mechanism for the body again!
The body’s own defensive function is strengthened not by consistently avoiding possible allergens, but by consistently cleansing the body with alkaline applications and consistently feeding the weakened organism with an omni-molecular diet, for example by taking five to seven tablespoons of WurzelKraft (AlkaLife) aromatic or fruity every day. You should generally follow the advice we give in the chapter on “Hay fever”.
Naturally it also makes sense to avoid possible allergens until you have reacquired a strong immune system. These allergens often lie hidden in the affected person’s favorite foods. In all events you should avoid milk and milk products, meat and meat products. You should also reduce your consumption of confectionery and cola drinks, coffee, cooking salt and strong spices.
The immune system of the human organism is largely located in the intestine. In this respect the health of our intestines and the whole of our digestive apparatus play a major role in overcoming an existing allergy. For at least six months you should follow a mainly vegetarian diet, chiefly focused on vegetables.
